These General Terms and Conditions govern the commercial relationship between PALANQUIN MADRID, SL (operating as "The Luxurist | Ibiza Private Wellness") and the user who makes bookings or contracts services through the website www.ibizaprivatewellness.com.
By accessing, browsing and/or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

BOOKING PROCESS
To book a wellness service, the user must follow the online procedure indicated at each stage. The basic steps are:
- Select the desired wellness service.
- Choose date, time and location.
- Complete contact details.
- Select payment method.
- Confirm the booking.
- Receive confirmation by email.
PAYMENT METHODS
- Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Bank transfer
All payments are processed through secure gateways with SSL encryption.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Sessions may be modified or cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours: the full session amount will be charged.
- The practitioner receives 60% of the fee regardless of late cancellation.
GRATUITIES AND TIPS
The Luxurist Ibiza does not process tips. Gratuities are handled directly between the client and the practitioner.
ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Ibiza.
